The start for all female students who have never been enrolled in gymnastics. Our Rubies One class is a beginner class for our 6 to 8-year-old students who are looking for practice once or twice per week in our one-hour classes.

Students will learn foundational gymnastics skills, body form & positions, strength and flexibility, as well as gymnastics terminology. Students progress at their own pace on all four Olympic apparatus (Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor) and well as TumbleTrack.
