The Stars program is an invite-only class for students between the ages of five and seven. Held twice per week for an hour and a half, gymnasts are introduced to more advanced skills on all four Olympic events (floor, vault, bars and balance beam) as well as dance elements.

Stars work to master skills such as handstands, cartwheels, round‐offs, bridge kick overs, split jumps on beam, proper arm circles and board approaches to the vault and pullovers and back hip circles on the bars in preparation of joining our competitive team.
